"Great water park but I expect it gets busier in the summer months. We arrived at 10.30 and was greeted by the sea lions. We walked around and found a locker room and changing area. Then we held onto our towels and footwear whilst we walked around. The beaches were great for resting and grabbing a snack so worth putting down your towels early on the sun beds! This park works best if you are in a group of 4 or 2 as many rides have inflatables for this number. You must do all the rides as they are all good! If you are going during the summer months and can afford it then grab a fast pass!"

Siam Park Tickets With Transfer: Hotel Pickup vs the Free Shuttle
If you are staying in south Tenerife without a car, a ticket that bundles round-trip transfer takes the logistics off your plate. Here is how the free Siam Park shuttle compares with paid hotel-pickup transfers — and who actually needs each.

Siam Park sits on Av. Siam in Costa Adeje, perched on the hillside above the main resort strip of south Tenerife. It is close to where most visitors stay — but “close” still means a hill climb in the heat, and if you do not have a hire car, getting there is the one piece of planning worth sorting before you go. The good news: you have three realistic options, and one of them is free.
Option 1 — The Free Siam Park Shuttle
Siam Park runs a free shuttle bus that serves the main southern resort areas — Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos. It is genuinely free and it is the option most independent visitors use. The catch is that it picks up from a set of designated bus stops, not from individual hotels, so you need to walk to the nearest stop and check the timetable, which runs on fixed departures through the day.
For anyone staying within easy reach of one of those stops, the free shuttle is the obvious choice — there is simply no cheaper way to arrive. Confirm the current stop list and times on arrival, since routes and schedules are adjusted seasonally.
Option 2 — A Ticket That Includes Round-Trip Transfer
If you are staying outside the core resort triangle, travelling with young children or grandparents, carrying a lot of gear, or you just do not want to think about timetables, a ticket that bundles round-trip transfer is the stress-free answer. You book the park entry and the transport in one reservation, get picked up near your accommodation, and are dropped back afterward — no car, no parking, no bus stop to find.
The featured ticket on this page does exactly that: Siam Park entrance plus round-trip transfer in a single booking. Pickup points and times are confirmed when you book, and the whole thing carries free cancellation up to 24 hours before, so it is low-risk to lock in. The price is higher than a bare entry ticket because you are paying for the door-to-door convenience — for car-free travellers, that trade is usually worth it.
Option 3 — Drive and Park
Siam Park has a large free car park, so if you have a hire car this is easy and costs nothing beyond fuel. The only real consideration is the midday sun on a parked car and the short uphill walk from the lot to the entrance. For families who are already touring the island by car, driving is the most flexible option — you come and go on your own schedule.
So Which Should You Choose?
Be honest about where you are staying and how you like to travel. Choose the free shuttle if you are in Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas or Los Cristianos and you do not mind a short walk to a stop and a fixed timetable. Choose a ticket with transfer if you are further afield, travelling with people who tire easily, or you value certainty over saving a few euros. Drive if you already have a car and want full flexibility.
One more angle worth knowing: if you are weighing up doing two parks, the combined Loro Parque & Siam Park ticket with transfer bundles transport with admission to both — it is the highest-rated transfer-inclusive option and a strong pick if your trip has room for the animal park as well as the water park. You will find it in the comparison below.
What the Transfer Ticket Does and Doesn’t Include
A ticket-with-transfer covers your park entry and your round-trip ride — it does not, by default, include the all-inclusive extras like unlimited fast-track, lunch, drinks, towel and locker. Those belong to the daytime all-inclusive ticket, which is a separate product centred on the experience inside the park rather than getting to it. If your priority is skipping queues and having food and gear sorted on-site, look at the all-inclusive; if your priority is simply arriving without a car, the transfer ticket is the one. For a plain, lowest-cost entry that you pair with the free shuttle yourself, see the basic Siam Park entry ticket.
A Few Practical Tips
Pack light for the transfer — you will be carrying your bag from pickup to the gate and back. Note your return pickup time when you board so you are not left waiting at the end of the day. If you are visiting in peak summer, consider pairing transport planning with a cooler visiting window — our Siam Park night ticket guide covers the after-dark Siam Night sessions, which dodge both the midday heat and the worst of the queues. And whichever way you arrive, book your entry online in advance: it is cheaper than the gate and guarantees your spot in high season.

What Visitors Say About Siam Park
"Fabulous way to end the year. Transport was efficient and timely. We got 6+ hours at the water park which was plenty of time to relax and also enjoy the thrilling rides. Queues were minimal. The staff at Siam Park are really friendly, patient and helpful as well despite the volume of visitors and that some just seem to think the safety regs don’t apply to them."
"Had an amazing time at the water park, it was great fun. The bus was nice and comfortable for the long journey. We weren't sent our tickets and pick up time until I messaged asking for them, but they replied straight away with them, so maybe bear that in mind if you haven't received them by a certain time. it says you only get 5 hours at the park, but we got almost 7."
"Good but the tickets didn't work on arrival, we had to show proof of booking at the information hut just to be let in."
"After an initial hiccup with the booking everything was great. the staff at siam Park rang the company and within 10 minutes it was resolved"
"Great picked up on time collected on time had a fab day!"
"Coach was on time arrival and returning, we all had a great day at Siam park. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, que’s was a little long so if go again probably get fast track passes as it saved over half waiting time."
"Amazing experience, lots of fun on the slides and the waves."
"Great! Got us there and back and had a lovely day at Siam Park"
"okay needs better signage for getting onto the rides and all food huts should take card and cash"

"Loved it :)"

Check AvailabilitySiam Park Tickets With Transfer — FAQ
How to get to Siam Park from south Tenerife: the free shuttle, paid transfers, and driving.
Yes. Siam Park runs a free shuttle bus serving the main southern resort areas — Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos. It is genuinely free, but it picks up from a set of designated bus stops rather than from individual hotels, and it runs on a fixed timetable. If you are staying near one of the stops, it is the cheapest way to arrive. Confirm the current stops and times on arrival, as they change seasonally.
It is a single booking that bundles your park entry with round-trip transport to and from Siam Park. Instead of walking to a shuttle stop or driving, you are picked up near your accommodation and dropped back afterward. Pickup points and times are confirmed when you book. It costs more than a bare entry ticket because you are paying for the door-to-door convenience.
Choose a ticket with transfer if you are staying outside the core Costa Adeje / Playa de las Américas / Los Cristianos area, if you are travelling with young children or older relatives who tire easily, if you are carrying a lot of gear, or if you simply prefer not to deal with bus timetables. If you are near a shuttle stop and happy to walk to it, the free shuttle does the same job for nothing.
The featured Siam Park entrance-and-transfer ticket starts from around $74 per person booked online, with instant confirmation and free cancellation. That is higher than the basic entry alone because it includes round-trip transport. The exact price varies by your pickup zone and the date, so check the live price for your area before booking.
No. A ticket-with-transfer covers entry plus transport only — it does not bundle unlimited fast-track, lunch, drinks, a towel or a locker. Those extras belong to the daytime all-inclusive ticket, which is a separate product focused on the experience inside the park rather than getting to it. If you want both, book the all-inclusive and arrange transport separately.
Yes. Siam Park has a large free car park, so if you have a hire car, driving is easy and costs nothing beyond fuel. There is a short uphill walk from the lot to the entrance, and the usual advice about not leaving valuables in a hot parked car applies. For visitors already touring Tenerife by car, driving is the most flexible option.
Siam Park is right on the edge of the southern resort area, on Av. Siam in Costa Adeje. From most of Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos it is only a few minutes by road — close enough that the free shuttle or a short transfer covers it easily. The main effort is the hillside location, which is why most visitors prefer not to walk the whole way in the heat.
The featured ticket on this page includes round-trip transfer — both the journey to the park and the return. Always note your return pickup time when you arrive or board so you are not left waiting at the end of the day. Some other listings sell one-way transport, so check the inclusions before booking if you need the return leg too.
Transfer tickets are built mainly around the southern resorts, where most visitors stay and where Siam Park is located. Pickups from the north (such as Puerto de la Cruz) are longer and less commonly bundled, so if you are staying in the north you may find driving or a private transfer more practical. Check the available pickup zones for your specific area when booking.
There is a combined Loro Parque & Siam Park ticket with transfer that bundles transport with admission to both parks on separate days. It is the highest-rated transfer-inclusive option and a strong pick if your trip has room for the animal park as well as the water park. You will find it compared alongside the single-park transfer ticket on this page.
It depends on your situation. If you are near a free-shuttle stop, buying a basic entry online and using the free shuttle is the cheapest combination. If you would otherwise pay for taxis or a hire car, a bundled ticket-with-transfer can work out cheaper and far simpler than arranging transport yourself. Compare the total cost — entry plus your realistic transport cost — rather than the headline ticket price.
Yes. Booked online, the ticket comes with free cancellation up to 24 hours before your selected date, and you receive a mobile voucher with instant confirmation. This makes it low-risk to book transport and entry together in advance, even if your plans are not fully fixed.
