Good to Know
- Our tours are in ENGLISH.
- VIP option: we offer pick-up/drop-off service ONLY on the South coast of Tenerife, between El Medano and Los Gigantes (with some exceptions). Pick-up is at your address or within few minutes walking distance.
- SELF-DRIVE option: you must have a rental car (not public transportation, nor taxi) to join the tour.
- The exact pick-up time (VIP) or meeting time (SELF-DRIVE) will be notified via WhatsApp the same day. Disregard any different time on your digital ticket as it is only generic.
- The activity is carried out at public viewpoints where it is allowed by local authorities (not on Mt.Teide!).
- If you are unreachable via Whatsapp (wrong number) or GYG email, we consider you a no-show and you will receive no refund.
- Kids under 5 y.o. are not allowed on the VIP tour. They are welcome with the self-driving option.
- In case you are on a wheelchair, inform us!

Meeting Point
If you choose the Self-Drive option, you will drive your own vehicle (rental car, not public transportation nor taxi) to meet the guides and the group at the meeting point. After sunset, always with your own car, you will follow the guides to the stargazing point. Normally the meeting point is the Mirador de los Poleos - check the exact location on Google Maps. Please arrive on time! Sunset time changes during the year, therefore the exact meeting time will be sent to you via Whatsapp the same day of the activity by the early afternoon. Please note that the meeting time on your ticket and on the confirmation email is only generic: make sure to check your whatsapp for our message and other detailed and useful information about the tour.
